A different perspective

I had a rough day yesterday. But, I'm feeling a lot better now. After getting some sleep and rest, I was able to view things in different perspective. And of course, it also helped that my boyfriend had been there to make me laugh and to comfort me with a hug. :))))

A change of personality ...

Last December 2005, I took Jung Typology Test. Back then, I was an ISFJ, the Nurturer. It stands for Introverted (11%), Sensing (1%), Feeling (50%), Judging (11%). If it rains, it pours....

Just like the old saying goes, if it rains, it pours. I'm having a bad day or so I thought. I don't have any sleep till now. My sister and I were kicked out of our room (of course! not literally) coz' my mom's going to used it. She cannot sleep on her own room because her air conditioning is broken. So from 8am onwards, we were stuck in our living room feeling hot and sticky. We were so downright bored. There were no computer, no dvds, no tv, no aircon to make the day worthwhile. To top it all, my brother had the luxury of his own room to himself.

Don't get me wrong! I understand my mom's need to have a long sleep. After all, I also work at night. But I just don't understand her logic of insisting to use our room instead of our brother. Why can't she use my brother's room to sleep in? Then, my brother can sleep in ours. So all of us will be comfortable.


Why does she have to choose our room? Arrghhh!

Am I having a bad day? NO! It's getting worse. When I reached the office, I was bombarded with rumors that I'm sleeping while on my station and over break. Okay, I admit I was guilty of sleeping on our station. But that was so long ago, I had a hard time adjusting to my 12-shift during the first couple of weeks. So don't you think it's understandable? Over break? When was this? Most of the time, I don't take my breaks because there should be always someone in our station. And even if I do, I'm just using it to buy my food then I'll just eat on our station. Talk about injustice! And I was told that the one who stated that I was over break and sleeping in our station is someone from the morning shift. Now that's ironic, isn't it? How can he monitor me during my shift? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

Anyway, I'll verify all of this to the source. I wonder what will be her say. :(((

2 years and 7 months ...

I'm so happy that my boyfriend and I still managed to celebrate our monthsary even though we have a different working schedule.

Walking Zombie

I lack sleep. I've been having difficulty getting enough sleep for the past few days. My body is so tired already but my mind just keep wandering about a lot of things. I feel like a zombie, dead tired but still walking. Arrgh, so many things to do, so little time. Well, I guess it's partially my fault for doing things at the last minute. I just enrolled yesterday for Red Cross Summer Training and I didn't know that I needed to bring 2x2 photo and a medical certificate. I was able to get the med cert this morning but I still don't have my picture. I have some spare at home. I'll just bring it on Monday. And there's the schedule to be considered of, I didn't know that almost all the program is for a whole day duration. It's a good thing my supervisor is very understanding and he agreed to allow me to have a half-day vacation leave so I can attend the whole program. I'm so excited already.

Good news! I got the RAC money last Wednesday.

Bad news! I still can't decide on which cellphone to buy. I finally narrow it down to k800i but after getting the money, I can't help but to also consider k810i. It's like an upgraded version of k800i but when I read the features almost all their specs are the same the major difference is the phone design. K810i has a more sophisticated look. It will be released this 2nd quarter of 2007. I just hope the price is within my budget. Oh! well ... let's just wait and see!

I have been watching Smallville series on dvd since Thursday which has contributed a lot to my lack of sleep but I can't help it. I don't stop watching until my vision is already blurry because of tiredness. And I'm also reading "Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince".

I'm so tired and stressed out. I really need to take a break and relax. I'll be treating myself this weekend. I'll get a body massage, foot spa with manicure and pedicure and eyebrow shave and maybe I'll get my eyelash permed. :D

K800i - My final choice!!!

After doing a lot of research by reading mobile reviews, forums, and asking my friend's opinion, I'm finally certain on what mobile phone to buy. I'll be buying Sony Ericsson k800i. It's the best phone so far that suits my need. I asked myself what do I want for a phone, a great camera or an excellent music player?. And the answer is easy, I want a phone that has a great camera: thus, k800i is the best solution. It has 3.2 megapixel Sony-cybershot camera. The standard package comes only with a 64mb memory but I can just easily upgrade it to 512 mb so it's no big deal. It's also a 3G phone which may come in handy in the future. And based on my research, I can also use it to read my favorite ebooks. I just need to install a java application reader. It's so great! I can't wait to get my money from RAC and buy this phone. :D I just hope I'll be able to find a unit that's within my budget which is from Php 15,000 to 17,000. :D

Pissed off!

I hate my sister right now for being so snobbish and rude. Instead of apologizing for messing up the alarm clock so she could play tricks with our brother. She talked back to me. I hate her! I hate her!

Or maybe, I'm just not feeling well that's why I am so easily aggravated. I've been having chest pain since this morning. Every now and then, I feel a prickling pain in the middle of my chest. Sometimes, it's on the left side, near my shoulder above my breast. I can breath. I have no problem with that. But I can't help wondering why I'm feeling this well. I already went to the doctor last February or March. I can't remember exactly when but based on the results of the lab test (chest x-ray, 2d echo, treadmill test) everything is okay except for the ECG. I have some problem with the R section. I can't remember what's the exact medical term used by my doctor. Arrghh! I was just recommended to take a Mobic, a chest pain reliever, every time it happens.

In addition to this, I'm worried too because yesterday, I saw some fresh blood again in the tissue paper and my stool when it first happened I was in the hospital taking care of my brother because he broke his right arm while playing basketball. The nurse asked me if it's a fresh blood, I said yes. She advised me to drink a lot of water. Then, it happened again and again. Yesterday was the 4th time, and now I'm really worried ... I need to find time to visit my doctor again.

The NEW Sony Ericsson W660!!!

Sony Ericsson will be launching again this cool phone on the 2nd Quarter of 2007. I've been meaning to buy this phone. It has the phone features that I've been looking for a walkman phone with a 2 mega-pixel camera and a 3G. The camera has no flash but it's okay. I just hope the price of this phone is within my budget because if not I might just settle with my other options either w810i or k800i. I'm so excited already. I really hope I'll be able to buy this new w660i. :D

Yesterday had been a very fulfilling day for me. I had done all the things I needed to do for that day except meeting my nutritionist at 10:00 am :D. At 6:15 am, I went to the gym to join my "Body Combat". I encourage Sheryl, my officemate to join me in it. I just hope she enjoyed the class as much as I do. It's really awkward at first but once you are able to follow the steps, you'll enjoy it very much. And It's really worth it, I love working out on the class. It makes sures that all my muscles and bones are constantly in tune. It also test my body endurance. I'm really trying to improve my body's health aside from trying to lose some weight :D. After taking a shower and doing the sauna for about 10 to 15 minutes, I felt really refreshed and energized. :D

Then, I asked them to freeze my account for the month of May because I'll join the Red Cross Summer Program that will start on April 16 to May 16, 2007. It's really funny though, in order for you to freeze your account in Fitness First, you need to set an appointment with their supervisor which I did. However, Carol, my friend wasn't able to properly do it so I insisted because I knew that their manager was there. After all, just five-minutes ago, she freezed my account which only takes a minute or two. And of course, as usual my I got my way. :D hehehe. My friend and I were able to freeze our account for the month of May.

After that, we went back to the office so I could put my stuff in my locker and then we waited for my love, Cheng, to fetch me so we could visit Ryki, our supervisor, at M-Tech Hospital. He was hospitalized because of hypertension. We left there at around 11:30 pm. :) Then, we went on our seperate away. My boyfriend and I decided to go to his boarding house to watch Naked Gun. It is really a funny movie filled with sarcastic humor. Then, we watched Smallville Season 3. Then, I was really tired so I got some sleep. At 8:00 pm, I decided its time to go home. I enjoyed watching Smallville so I decided to borrow Season 1 :d hehehe I arrived at our house at around 10:00 pm. I tried to watch some episodes but I was just really tired and couldn't hold my eyes open for long so I slept while the dvd player was running. It' was a good thing that my sister is around to turn it off for me. :D
